We recommend gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. If needed, hand wash gently in cold water and air dry in the shade. Do not machine wash or tumble dry to keep the yarn and stitching in perfect condition.

Due to transit compression, your plushie might feel a bit flat on arrival. Simply knead and gently reshape it with your hands — the resilient PP cotton filling will bounce right back into its cute, fluffy shape!

Do not cut it. Crochet stitches are interlocked. Simply use a blunt needle, hairpin, or toothpick to tuck the loose loop back inside the plushie.

If anything arrives broken or if you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

If you need to change your address or cancel, please email us within 6 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been packed and handed to the postal carrier, changes can no longer be made.
